Prios F1 – NEW
The last few years Ergon’s tomato variety Prios F1 is increasingly recognized as a valuable contribution to the spring cultivation of red tomatoes under plastic tunnel in Eastern Europe.
The combination of a heavy fruit set of uniform, deep red, shiny quality fruits and the remarkable earliness – important in the areas of Eastern Europe – ensure that this variety is a very good option for the farmers. The fruits of Prios F1 have a fruitweight of 200 – 250 gr.
Ergon visited Macedonia to follow up Ergon’s tomato varieties. And yes, also in Macedonia, all the positive aspects of tomato variety Prios F1 were confirmed. In the greenhouses we saw an abundantly growing tomato Prios F1. All the farmers we spoke to were unanimously enthousiastic about this variety.

Ergon’s pink tomato Pink Delight F1
Ergon’s pink tomato Pink Delight F1 is increasingly recognized to be a valuable new variety for spring- and autumn cultivation under plastic tunnel in those countries where pink tomatoes are an important part of the tomato cultivation.
And there is a good reason for that!
The combination of an easy and good fruitsetting, clusters of 5- 6 uniform fruits with a fruitweight of 250 – 300 gr with a shiny pink colour, an excellent shelf life and the complete disease package, with strong and balanced plants and resistance to TmVF2N makes Pink Delight F1 a great pink tomato variety.
A beautiful tomato that produces deep oblate, very firm large fruit of 200-300 grams. It gives high yields on strong growing vigorous plants.The fruit are uniform and have a well formed green flat calyx. The plant is strong growing and the fruit size will stay large even up to the top fruit trusses. The variety also offers resistance against Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus
An indeterminate, medium strong, vigorous growing variety. It has firm fruit, 190-200 g in weight. The fruit are flattened globe shaped without green shoulders and are jointed with beautiful large, flat, green calyx leaves. The variety has resistances against Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl virus and Tomato Spotted Wilt virus.
Indeterminate – Banesto F1 (fresh market)
Banesto is an early long shelf life hybrid. Uniform grade during the whole cropping period, resulting in a very high total production. Recommended for greenhouse, tunnel and outdoor. Plants are indeterminate with strong vigour. Fruits are medium large (190 gr), deep oblate, uniform green. Banesto is highly resistant to Tomato Mosaic Virus, Fusarium race 0 1, Verticillium, Fusarium crown and root rot. Intermediate resistance to Nematodes.
Indeterminate – Banemi F1 (fresh market)
Long shelf life hybrid for production in greenhouses and in the open field for fresh market and export. The fertile and vigorous plants has multiple resistance. Fruits mature well with good colour in cold climate. Fruits are large (180-200 gr.), oblate in shape, no green shoulder, firm and with excellent taste. Banemi is resistant to Tobacco Mosaic Virus, Verticillium, Fusarium 0 1 and Nematodes.
Indeterminate – Bastila F1 (fresh market)
Indeterminate, medium strong, vigorous variety with good fruit setting ability. Recommended for production in greenhouse and open field. Fruits are medium large (200 gr), deep oblate in shape, without green shoulders and very firm. Highly resistant to Tomato Mosaic Virus, Verticillium and Fusarium 0 1. Intermediate resistance to Nematodes, Tomato Yellow Leaf Curled Virus and Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus.
Indeterminate tomato, very early hybrid especially in the Balkans: central part of Serbia,
Bulgaria-Petric and Macedonia-Strumica. Clusters with many uniform fruits with weight 180 – 220 gr.High yield,can be stored for longer time and is optimal for transport .The color of fruits is vivid red and it`s taste is delicious. Plants are strong and resistant to Tm VF2N Билката е бујна со извонреден коренов систем. Многу добро се оплодува и во услови на висока температура на воздухот.
In the region of Bogdanci and Gevgelija in Macedonia the farmers are very satisfied with tomato Stilo F1.
In spite of the very cold spring there are no problems with the fruit setting of tomato Stilo F1 and there is no abortion.
Mid-season cherry tomato hybrid with indeterminate, vigorous plant. The clusters are regular and uniform on all internodes; each cluster has 15-16 fruits, very regular in size, from round to slightly deep round shaped, mid weight: 22-25 g. Very good firmness and excellent keeping ability after harvest. The deep red coloured fruits are very tasty and resistant to cracking. Resistant to (HR) ToMV, Verticillium, Fusarium 0-1; (IR) Nematodes, TYLC.
